The Space Between
A day to come home to yourself
You don’t need another book, or course, or five-step life plan.
You need s p a c e.
Space to feel what’s really going on. Space to pause. Space to remember who you are underneath the roles, routines, and responsibilities.
This day retreat is for anyone feeling lost, low, or in limbo. If you've been holding it all together for too long, this is your chance to put some of it down.
Through a blend of movement, mindfulness, behavioural science, and coaching, you’ll go from:
emotionally foggy → gently clear
alone in your head → seen and supported
stuck in loops → taking steps forward
Walk in overwhelmed.
Walk out with your next step.
By the end of the day, you’ll have:
Clarity on what’s keeping you stuck
A renewed sense of possibility
A practical next step that feels doable
Connection with others who get it
A little more belief in yourself again
If your inner voice won’t stay quiet and nothing’s changing… this is for you.
A slow, structured day with space to land, move, reflect and plan.

All held in a beautiful medieval hall surrounded by nature.
Who is this for?
This retreat is for anyone feeling stuck and ready for change.
You might be:
Unsure whether to leave a job or relationship
Overwhelmed by a recent life shift
Craving clarity but caught in your own head
Tired of trying to figure it out alone
Wanting something to change, but unsure what or how
We get it. We’ve been there. And we’ve built this day to meet you right where you are.
Come exactly as you are. Tears, questions, doubts and all.
Real change doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from feeling the truth.
We’re not trying to change your life in a day. But we can create just enough momentum to make change possible.
By combining somatic awareness, narrative work and group connection, you’ll start to:
– Tune into your truth, instead of someone else’s
– Break the pattern of overthinking or avoidance
– Reconnect with what brings you joy and energy
This isn’t a content dump. It’s an experience. One you’ll feel long after you leave.
Believe in possibility again
Your ticket includes:
A full-day retreat (10am–5pm)
Movement, coaching and reflective workshops
Nourishing lunch, snacks, tea & coffee
Printed workbook to take home
Pre-retreat group call to prepare
Post-retreat group call to recalibrate
Limited to 16 places.
Meet your hosts
Bronwyn Benstead
Somatic Coach, Circle Facilitator, and Co-founder of Folc
I’m a not-for-profit founder, somatic coach, and women’s circle facilitator. For the past three years, I’ve been holding transformative spaces for people just like you. Through circles, coaching, and somatic practices, I’ve helped hundreds of people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Seven years ago, I burned out. My body, heart, and mind all said "enough." What followed was a long, gentle journey back to enoughness. Back to a life that feels rich, real and true to my values.
Kevin Karaca
Behavioural Strategist, Mindfulness Teacher, and Co-founder of Folc
I’m a social entrepreneur, storyteller and behavioural strategist. I’m fascinated by how we do things and why. I help people and brands re-write the stories they live by.
My journey started with a drinking habit that got out of hand. By gaining a deep understanding of how behaviour works, and cultivating a mindfulness practice over 14 years, I was able to turn that around. I blend awareness, behavioural science, and deep listening to support real, human change.
From stuck to unstoppable
Uncertainty turns into confidence
The spinning slows. The noises quieten. Get a clearer sense of what matters, and a little more trust in your ability to move forward.
Confusion becomes clarity
Find the words for what’s been hard to name. Feel the fog lift, and patterns start to make sense. Allowing you to change what no longer serves you.
Tools for real change
The door will open during the day, but a door is only useful if you step through. We’ll give you the tools to take that step.

That’s part of being human. And if it happens, you won’t be alone. We hold space gently and with care, there’s no pressure to hold it together here. Just come as you are.

We know it’s an investment.
But we’ve designed this to be genuinely transformative day — with pre/post calls, a workbook, food, and a full day of guidance.
There’ll be plenty of time to ask questions throughout the day if anything is unclear. We’re here for you.

Nope. You’re never expected to open up unless it feels right.
This is a supportive space, not a spotlight. You can participate in the way that feels safe for you, whether that’s talking, listening, or just quietly reflecting.

We hear you. There’s a lot of over-promising out there.
The difference is in how this day is structured. It’s not just inspiration, but insight and action. All using science-backed techniques.
We don’t leave you hanging, we help you land, gently. You’ll walk away with clarity, a doable next step, and the support to follow through.

That might be the clearest sign you need this.
Just one day away to pause, reset, and come back to yourself can change how the rest of the year feels. You deserve that space, no?
